When working with a luxury cake designer, I am creating a design especially for you. With your colours, flavours, sizes, flowers, design elements, and sometimes even making custom moulds or stencils to create your design. You will receive freshly baked, handmade, cake that has been individually made for your celebration. Even your cake topping (buttercream) is made per order. You can expect all of the ingredients to be top quality. In addition to the cake itself, you will receive the customer service you expect from that of a luxury brand retailer. Hours of consideration and planning will go into your cake design, and I, your luxury cake designer will walk you through this process with very little effort on your end.

I am currently opening my booking calendar 90 days in advance. On the other hand, all sweets request require a two week turnaround time as we create custom treats that require detail work.

While I wish I could service everyone, that is simply impossible. Once you have accepted a sweets proposal and wish to fulfill an available time slot for a specific day, I will no longer accept other orders for your date & time. To ensure I am locking in clients that will go through with their order, I require a 50% retainer.

Yes, all wedding cakes are delivered to your venue on the day of the wedding. I do not allow collection of any wedding cakes. Imagine your cake is collected by someone who doesn't have experience in transporting, carrying and setting up a wedding cake - it could easily end in tears. It is far safer to have a professional cake designer to take care of this for you. You can then relax on your wedding day knowing your cake will be waiting for you exactly as you intended.

While I ask for inspiration images for your desired aesthetic and/or style for your treats, Jae Sweets does not replicate the work of any other cake baker/artist/designer. I will take the image and create a custom cake/treat that will fit the same theme/color scheme/ aesthetic of your event.
